Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
QuarkVortex Labs ("we", "us", or "our") builds mobile games and utility apps, including Q2048. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our apps and this website, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Our apps are designed to work with minimal data collection:
- Usage & diagnostic data — aggregated, non-identifying data such as crash reports and feature usage, collected via Google Play services to help us fix bugs and improve the apps.
- Advertising identifiers — if an app displays ads, our ad partner (Google AdMob) may use device advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle this data.
We do not require account creation and do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information through our apps.
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve our apps.
- To diagnose and fix technical issues.
- To serve and measure advertising, where applicable.
Third-Party Services
Our apps rely on third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, including Google Play Services and Google AdMob. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for further detail.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by our apps, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
